The Wauwatosa School District's personnel structure has been developed to ensure appropriate, specialized support for students, staff and families and to foster inter-department collaboration and shared leadership. Administrators within the District's four divisions - Academic Performance, Finance + Operations, Human Resources and Pupil + Family Supports - are known as the Executive Leadership Team. These individuals work in partnership with the Superintendent to develop strategies to achieve the audacious goals outlined within the District's Strategic Plan.
