Wauwatosa School District -

The Wauwatosa School Board will meet for its second meeting of the month on Monday, June 10, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Fisher Administration Building (12121 West North Ave.) in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. A link to join the meeting virtually via Zoom can be found here. 

Immediately following the Call to Order, the Board will allow public comment in accordance with Policy 0167.3 - Public Comment at Board Meetings. Please note that this will be the only opportunity for public comment during the meeting.

Following Public Comment, the Board will review and vote on the Consent Agenda.

Next, the Division of Finance + Operations will ask the Board to approve the Preliminary 2024-2025 SY Budget and the Food Service Request for Proposals.

Then, the Board will watch the Tosa 2075 District Administrator Recommendations Video and be presented with the administrator recommendations featured in the video.

Following this, the Policy Committee will bring forward Policy 5430 - Class Rank for a second reading and/or action to approve. Several policies will then be presented to the Board as first readings:

• Policy 5630.01 - Appropriate Use of Seclusion and Restraint

• Policy 5772 - Weapons

• Policy 5112 - Entrance Age

• Policy 5120 - Assignment with District for Resident Students

• Policy 5130 - Withdrawal/Dropout from School

• Policy 5200 - Attendance

• Policy 5200.01 - Full-Time Student

• Policy 5512 - Use of Tobacco and Nicotine by Students

• Policy 5530 - Student Use or Possession of Intoxicants, Drugs, or Paraphernalia

• Policy 5630 - Corporal Punishment

• Policy 5855 - Student Attendance at School-Sponsored Events

Finally, the Board will adjourn.
