Congratulations to this year's Wisconsin Educational Media and Technology Association (WEMTA) Battle of the Books participants! 📚🏆 Teams of fourth and fifth-graders read 20 books beginning in the fall and then culminated with Jeopardy-style elimination rounds answering questions about those books to earn points and determine their school winner. Each school’s winning team then participated in the statewide online battle. Wauwatosa School District has a strong record and did not falter as they challenged school teams from across the state! 🤩👏 Tosa also earned TWO of the top three statewide winning middle school teams!🥈🥉
Congratulations to all of the students and teams who participated, and a special thank you to our coaches, parents and staff facilitators without whom this program would not be possible! #TosaProud
